Extended Service Contracts are contracts made with us of varying length to have
a QuickFix technician come to your home or office and run routine maintenance on any computer
system included in the contract. By running routine maintenance, problems can be caught early
resulting in cheaper service, or in some cases preventing the problem all together. In addition, the services
cost less than 1/3 of the normal cost and additional discounts are applied to any additional services
needed during the term of the contract. A breakdown of the different benefits, as well as the services included is listed below.
Benefits of the Extended Service Contract vary depending on the length of the contract:
Monthly
- 30% discount on labor to fix problems found during an ESC checkup
Semi-Annually
- 30% discount on labor to fix problems found during an ESC checkup
- 10% discount on all other labor
Annually
- 30% discount on all labor
Standard:
$20 for first computer
$15 for each additional
Services: virus scan, spy/ad-ware scan, definition updates and Windows updates
Professional:
$30 for first computer
$20 for each additional
Services: All standard services, memory/hard disk check, and file system optimization
